For Indigenous cultural and intellectual property (ICIP):
We treat ICIP with the same care as sensitive personal data. This includes traditional knowledge, cultural expressions, and languages. We never share ICIP without permission and follow First Nations data governance principles.

How Long We Keep Your Information
